Spring Retreat Day with Cacao and Rose
~ Reweaving our Connection with the Earth ~
We invite you to join us for an enriching day of deep connection with the land in the glorious Malvern Hills. Our intention for this day is for you to feel more deeply aligned with the natural energies of life, to feel attuned to Nature, supported, anchored and connected 💚
💫🌿 As we walk through these times of great change across the Earth, it becomes more vital than ever to anchor deeply and learn to listen and connect with Nature as a support for our daily lives and so that we can align ourselves with the energetic shifts happening in the Earth. In this day retreat, we will invite in the beautiful heart-opening medicines of Ceremonial Cacao and the Sacred Rose, both of which can support us to open up to receive more deeply, to enter a more expanded state of connection and to help align our energies with the Earth 💚🏞️
We will start the day at The Centre of the Hills, with breathwork to centre and energise us, before going outdoors for a Cacao and Rose Ceremony in Nature (weather permitting) and a purification blessing with the sacred spring waters. We will spend time with the trees, earth and rocks, with guided support to connect and listen deeply to the beings of Nature. We will then travel to our starting point to walk up the hills, climbing to the highest peak of the Malverns, where we will have the opportunity to breathe the high mountain air and then attune to the energy of the hills ~ receiving their powerful energy with a guided meditation to support us to drop deeply into this connection. After a picnic lunch, we will share our gratitude by singing to the hills, as a way of giving back in reciprocity with the Earth, before returning to The Centre of the Hills for a sound bath to support integration of the day 🌿🙏💚
Sacred Rose Women's Circle
You're invited to come and gather around the hearth to explore together our journeys as women on this beautiful Earth. This series of ceremonial circles offers a space to deepen into ritual, with sharing, elemental connection, guided meditation, song and sound...
The circles are held at my home on the side of the hills around the fire, so that we can deepen into intimate connection with the elements, the Earth and each other.
This is a small group offering, journeying together through the winter months and into Spring. If you'd like to be part of this ceremonial circle, journeying with the energies of the Rose and the sacred feminine, please get in touch.
The circle will be every 1st Saturday of the month until May 2026.
The exchange is £13/18/22 on a sliding scale.
