Kundalini Yoga

After a few years' break from teaching Kundalini Yoga while I dove deep into my sacred feminine healing journey, this year I have found myself called to return to sharing this sacred practice. I feel that the reason to teach this again is because in a rapidly changing world, Kundalini Yoga can help us build inner strength and resilience to move through whatever comes next on the planet.

On the basis of my inner journey of the past eight years, I am integrating a more feminine approach to my Kundalini Yoga classes, focusing on body awareness, presence and self-care.

I am offering two classes: a monthly class at Aum Tree Yoga in Halesowen, Birmingham, and a fortnightly class at The Fold, Bransford, near Malvern. Full details below:

Magdalene Kundalini Yoga

First Monday of every month 7.30-9pm at

Aum Tree Yoga, Halesowen

This yoga session is designed to awaken and support your innate power and connection with the divine. Through kriyas (series of postures, movement and breath) and mantras from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, combined with guided awareness practices and healing energies from the Rose path of the sacred feminine.

What is Kundalini Yoga? Kundalini Yoga is a powerful form of yoga which focuses on activating the flow of life force energy in our bodies and builds inner strength and resilience. It involves postures with movements combined with breath practices and mantras.

Why Magdalene Kundalini Yoga? The path of the Magdalene is all about reclaiming our inner ground, to stand in our truth and power from a place of embodied consciousness. In this class, we will start and finish with embodiment and awareness practices, focusing on deepening into our bodies as the sacred ground for our divine connection and strengthening our inner vitality and alignment.

This class is open to everyone ~ as the journey of grounding into our bodies and activating our full inner strength is essential for all in these times. As the world around us moves through great change, Kundalini Yoga can help us build the strength and capacity to meet the challenges we might face along our path.

All abilities and levels of flexibility/fitness are welcome as Kundalini Yoga is primarily an energetic practice so you can always adapt and/or visualise the movements and still receive all the benefits.

I look forward to welcoming you to share this journey of deepening into our bodies as vessels for the divine here on Earth!
